Where It Works

Put the message close to the customer decision.

Use the same floor-standing format for different indoor communication jobs while adapting the content to each site.

Fashion Retail

Present seasonal collections and campaign messages close to entrances and featured ranges.

Cafés & Bakeries

Change breakfast, seasonal drink and bakery messages without replacing printed posters.

Restaurants

Keep menu highlights and service-period information visible near waiting and entrance areas.

Supermarkets

Bring weekly promotions and category messages into high-traffic aisles.

Problems This Format Solves

Replace repeated print changes with a planned display point.

The value is not simply having a screen. It is being able to place current information where it can support a real customer journey.

Frequent poster replacement

Update menus, campaigns and notices without printing and installing a new poster every time.

No suitable wall position

Create a visible communication point where wall mounting is restricted or impractical.

Messages miss the traffic flow

Position content closer to entrances, queues and aisles where customers make decisions.

Different content by time or location

Prepare content schedules around breakfast, lunch, weekly offers, events or store campaigns.

Plan the Deployment

Start with the site, not the screen size.

A useful deployment considers what people should see, where they will approach from and how the screen will be powered and maintained.

01

Choose the viewing point

Identify the entrance, queue, aisle or reception area where the message should influence the next action.

02

Protect the floor route

Allow enough clear floor area for the base, customer movement and routine access around the display.

03

Plan power and updates

Keep the power route controlled and decide whether content will be updated locally or through the network.

1

Prepare the campaign

Create portrait content for the entrance, menu or promotional objective.

2

Set the publishing method

Use the confirmed local or network-based workflow for the project.

3

Schedule the display

Coordinate content timing with store hours, meal periods or campaign dates.

4

Review at the site

Check readability, relevance and whether the placement supports customer movement.

Content and Daily Operation

Plan how the content will stay current.

Ethernet and Wi-Fi are available on the confirmed Android configuration. The publishing workflow can then be aligned with the number of locations and the way your team manages campaigns.

Single site: keep the update process simple for local staff.

Multiple locations: define campaign ownership and publishing permissions.

Time-based content: prepare daypart or event schedules before rollout.

Key Options and Confirmed Specifications

Compare the dimensions that affect your space.

The page keeps only the specifications needed for early project planning. Final configuration is confirmed against the display location and content workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions to resolve before rollout.

These answers help narrow the deployment plan without requiring a customer to know a product code.

What configuration differences matter when floor-standing digital signage is used for advertising versus wayfinding?

Advertising playback focuses on content distribution and display quality. Wayfinding also requires touch, maps or business data, an interactive application and a process for routine content updates.

Can our wayfinding or visitor-registration software be deployed and locked on floor-standing digital signage?

Yes. Before project approval, we can confirm the system version, installation permissions, application-locking method, required interfaces and sample-test conditions.

Can one floor-standing signage model use different brand colours, logos and project IDs across several shopping centres?

Yes. We can customize brand colours, logos, software presentation and project identification. Cost and lead time depend on the order quantity and level of customization.

Can the base be removed for transport, and what lift and doorway clearance is required for floor-standing signage?

Our project documents can include the product and packed dimensions, weight, disassembly method, handling requirements and assembly guidance so the access route can be checked before delivery.

Can the player or power supply be replaced on site, and are spare parts interchangeable?

Replaceable modules include the mainboard and power board. Spare parts for the same model are compatible and can be replaced on site by a trained technician following our guidance.

When a shopping-centre signage deployment grows, is the content platform charged by device, account or project?

The content platform fee is charged according to the number of devices.

How should buyers verify the readability of floor-standing signage near windows or strong indoor lighting before ordering?

The correct choice depends on the actual light level. Standard indoor signage is approximately 300 nits. If the location receives strong sunlight, an outdoor high-brightness model may be required to maintain readability. The proposed screen should be tested at the intended location or under similar lighting.

Can floor-standing signage integrate a scanner, card reader or printer, and who handles the mechanical and software integration?

Yes. We can design the enclosure to accommodate scanners, card readers and printers, based on the required devices and our previous project experience. The customer provides the application software, while interface and compatibility responsibilities are confirmed during the project.

How should bulk acceptance define screen defects, appearance, touch performance and shipping damage?

We support pre-shipment inspection against the agreed acceptance standard and ship after approval. Any damage that occurs during transport is handled according to the responsibilities and terms defined in the contract.

Other indoor digital signage options

Wall-mounted

Wall-mounted digital signage creates a permanent communication point for menus, visitor information, promotions and shared spaces without using floor space.

Portable signage

Build a home-lifestyle range around a portable signage that can move from everyday viewing to a workout, video call or quiet night in—without being fixed to one room.

Digital A-Board

A Digital A-Board for restaurant menus, retail promotions and event notices where the message needs to change more often than a printed sign allows.

Plan Your Display Point
