Does an outdoor digital A-board need ballast or fixing in a temporary event area exposed to wind?
It does not require additional ballast, but it must be secured. The unit weighs at least 40 kg, and ordinary gusts should not affect it after it has been fixed correctly. The event organizer must still assess the actual wind and site conditions.
Will the outdoor digital A-board still last through the event when brightness is increased in strong sunlight?
Runtime changes with brightness and temperature. The final selection should be based on the actual light level, ambient temperature and required event duration.
Can the battery be replaced separately after capacity declines, and how are cost and downtime arranged?
Yes. The battery can be replaced separately. Please contact us for the applicable battery price and replacement arrangement for the specific model.
Can content be loaded in advance and played or updated offline when the event network is unstable?
Yes. The outdoor digital A-board supports three playback modes, so approved content can be prepared in advance and copied for offline playback on site. A SIM router can also be supplied when the project requires a mobile network connection.
What charging, cleaning and storage rules must a rental operator follow after collecting the outdoor digital A-board?
Follow the charging, cleaning, storage and prohibited-use instructions in the product manual. These requirements should be included in the rental operator's return and maintenance process.
Does the complete outdoor digital A-board quotation include the battery, charger, ballast and transport packaging?
The standard outdoor digital A-board does not include a battery or ballast. Basic carton packaging is included. A wooden pallet, wooden frame or wooden case is available at additional cost. The charger, platform licence and spare parts should be confirmed separately in the final quotation.
